She is known to bring in prosperity, peace, new love, and happiness.Oshun is the Yoruban River Goddess. She is one of the 7 major Orishas and rules all that is beautiful and joyful. She embodies all that things that pertain to love and sexuality. She is considered the Orisha that makes life enjoyable and pleasurable. She also resides over pregnancy and fertility. Her colors are gold and yellow and she is associated to the number five. Her favorite foods are anise, oranges, pumpkins, sweets, vanilla and cinnamon. She loves amber, gold glitter, and peacocks. She is also a lover of perfumes and pleasing scents. My Oshun Incense includes orange, anise, vanilla, chamomile, mrryh and cinnamon. It comes in a 1.25 oz reusable round cork vial. This product is meant to be burned on a charcoal disc and is not self-igniting. There are a number of ways you can use Oshun Incense. It can be used as a a way to cleanse body as a means to draw in her blessings, burn it while your in the bath, burn it on your altar, rub some onto yellow candles. burne some by on the front door for an overall house blessing, or you can even mix some into her favorite foods. Because Oshun is associated to the joy of living, this incense can be burned when feeling melancholy or blue. If you are creative and love the arts, burn some while you are performing any creative endeavor. You can even use this incense to feed a mojo bag. It can also be burned alone as a way to help you visualize, invoke Oshun or help you process your feelings and intentions. I personally, like to burn Oshun Incense when petitioning her for her blessings, particularly with love issues. You can even leave some dry incense by a running river as an offering. Sold as a curio.
