Does the suction cup damage the wall?

No, the suction cup mainly made of rubber, it is very friendly to your wall surface

Can I reuse/relocate the holder? Will it be easy to remove?

Yes, suction cup mount is designed for reuse, but our suction cup comes with epoxy resin coating, by nature it has light stickness, to enhance suction attachment, it will not be as easy as those plastic suction cup, which falls frequently.

Can I clean the suction cup with water or soap before reuse?

Yes, you can, and it is recommended to use water and soap, but Make sure the surface is dry before reuse.

Does it fit slight textured wall?

suction cup alwasy stays best on smooth wall, if your wall is slight textured, please use the adhesive pad we provided in the box.

Someone says it does not fit their handlheld, should I be worried?

No, the fitting is nothing to do with the handheld, but the shower hose connector, some of the brand (like Waterpik) has different size and shape so please check your connector, make sure it is connical
