When I am present you feel that the skills and resources you need to move forward have deserted you, and you want to return to your comfort zone. You begin to think you are headed for failure, then you freeze and everything becomes uncertain. You are demotivated and irritated and feel as though it is too late to attempt what you would like to accomplish, so you might as well give up. None of this is true; you only believe it because of me.
