By the way, we do put an instructional booklet in every package so if you’re a beginner, we got your back!Is your bundle tied a little tight? Untie it a little bit and pull it apart so it can breathe while burning.Is your bundle tied but a little loose? Do not untie or pull apart the bundle – it should burn fine as is.Wanna burn a little at a time? Untie and pull off bits to burn in your abalone shell or fireproof container.Be careful & use caution! Always open a window (at least a little bit) to prevent smoke build up + let negative energies out!Unless it’s an emergency, avoid putting water on your sage + keep it completely dry & stow with desiccant.To put out your sage, you can rub the embers out in your shell/fireproof container or simply let the embers burn out on their own in a minute or two. Make sure there’s no breeze or wind otherwise it will keep the embers going.
